Why Delorean Jewellery ? the famous Delorean car that featured in the film Back To The Future
40 years ago I started making handmade signet rings, both at school, and in my fathers garage, and
although I have focused on numerous different jewellery products over the past 40 years, I find myself
going back in time to the early days of my career, manufacturing silver signet rings, due to todays
rediculously high gold prices, and re-cycled gold signet rings for environmental, & economic puposes.
The future of engraving is most certainly laser technology, so I have teamed up with one of Englands most
experienced laser engravers to provide this service to my clients.
Hence I am going BACK TO THE FUTURE hence Delorean Jewellery was conceived and born.
Having 40 years experience in most casting techniques, lost wax, cuttlefish, and now individual Delft clay
casting, I am able to defy the present increadibly high gold price, by casting signet rings from recycled 9ct
or 18ct gold, these are perfect for laser engraving and I can produce them at 1/2 the price of traditional die
stamped signet rings which hand engravers prefer for crest or seal engraving. (0% V.A.T on scrap gold)
If you are looking for heavyweight signet rings with beatifully rounded shanks which are both broad, and
thick, and slightly rounded edges, highly polished to a mirror finish, with precision engraving, but at half the
